Ash kindling, aged two full years in our traditional Sussex barns — never kiln dried. Planted and nurtured in the South Downs National Park, felled and split on the estate, then left to season the slow way. Dense hardwood kindling that burns hotter and up to three times longer than the softwood in supermarket nets, with a cleaner, low-smoke flame.
