Plough Cottage
A snug two-bedroom cottage right in the old farmyard — the sociable heart of the estate, coming soon for two couples or a small family.
What Plough Cottage will be
Plough Cottage sits right in the old farmyard, which makes it the most sociable address on the estate: swallows in the eaves, the comings and goings of a working farm around you, and everything a few steps from the door. The plan is two proper bedrooms, a snug sitting room built around the fire, and a kitchen that seats four for breakfast without anyone standing up against the worktop. [PLACEHOLDER: bed configuration, bathroom count and any low-doorway quirks to be confirmed.]
Who it's for
Two couples splitting the wine bill, or a small family who like being in the middle of things. From the yard you can be on the estate paths in a minute, in a hide in ten, or off exploring Midhurst and the Downs beyond. If you'd rather be tucked away than central, look at the cabins instead — this one's for people who wave at the tractor.
A note while we build
Plough Cottage is still being planned, so the details here may evolve before opening — treat this page as a preview, not a promise. The Estate Journal will carry updates as the work moves along.
